Hello, I’m George!

Hello, my name is George Gonzalez. I am a licensed real estate agent and have been buying and selling real estate in the bay area since 2001. My experience has led me to value honesty and clarity on my approach to business. It's important to have a sense of principles that extend from your personal life into your professional. For me, it's simple: do your best and be honest. I try to make my clients feel comfortable. For me, that means spending more time with them, answering their questions and making sure they understand everything that's happening. Buying or selling real estate is an extremely stressful process for clients and they don't need someone to add to that stress. If you have plans to buy or sell, give me a call. I would love the chance to help answer your questions.

Buying a new house in this market can be a little overwhelming, especially in the Bay Area. So many things to consider and so many options, working with George Gonzalez made the whole thing seem like a breeze. He went out of his way to be available after hours in order for us to go search for houses. He was always available whenever we had any questions. He always kept us up to date with where we were in the whole process and he stayed on top of the loan officer and all parties in order to ensure a smooth process. I HIGHLY recommend and encourage anyone looking to buy or sell to contact him. Thank you George, we LOVE our new home!

When my husband and I decided to purchase our first home we had a few people in mind. George was at the top of our list not only because my husband had known him for many years, but because we knew we could trust him with making a life changing decision. We sat and talked to him over coffee while he explained the real estate world. We told him that we weren't looking to buy in the Bay Area because we just couldn't afford it and we were looking to buy in Stockton/Lodi. Even though he wasn't familiar with the Lodi/Stockton area, he was willing to get familiarized with it and help us out. We drove out 3 or 4 times and saw several houses and even submitted some offers. We got out bided on 2 houses that we liked and felt that we would never find our forever home. George assured us that the perfect house was out there, but we just needed to have patience. When we finally placed our 3rd bid we got the house!! It was a cute house in the perfect neighborhood with a great price! Throughout this process George was great at getting back to us with any questions we had and he made the process go very quick and smooth. He also had a great loan broker named Dafnne that explained everything to us in detail. Not only does George communicate well and has patience, but he also knows what a buyer is looking for!

George has been nothing but GREAT! He helped me purchase my first home and broke everything down Barney style. Any questions I had no matter what time it was, he was there to answer. His knowledge and experience made my first purchase very easy. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Lenders typically want no more than 28% of your pre-tax monthly income to go toward your housing expenses, including your mortgage payment, property taxes, and insurance. Once you add in monthly payments on other debt, the total shouldn't exceed 36% of your pre-tax income.
Older homes can offer larger yards, mature trees and vegetation, longer-term neighbors, and old-world craftsmanship. Newer homes can offer modern conveniences, little maintenance, energy efficiency, and a builder's warranty.
Whether you want to remodel a bathroom or a kitchen, you should look into budgeting for the project and request estimates from multiple contractors to give you an idea of the cost and time requirements.
A standard home design layout with 3 bedrooms for example would normally have 2 bathrooms or at least 1-3/4 bathrooms which is a bathroom with a shower instead of a tub.
I will arrange tours for homes that match your preferred style. Contact me for an appointment that fits your schedule.
